RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
How To Return An Item
Due to the nature of use of our products they are non returnable or refundable, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must submit a claim for return of the item within 15 days of your purchase.
1. Please video and photograph with a detailed description of what the defect is. Upon review we will determine the product eligibility for return.
2. Please use the email: Support@lashapothecary.com for correspondence about your item.
2. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will contact you about your claim and further processing steps.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
4. All returns must be in the original packaging.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
1. Limited to "Opal experience program" purchases, You can easily return your Opal system within 90 days for a full refund minus the NON-refundable deposit made at checkout. We are committed to your satisfaction.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fee, these will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
