Opal System Warranty

Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions of the Opal system’s one-year warranty, including coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, and options for extending coverage.

1. Warranty Activation & Registration

To be eligible for warranty claims, you must register your Opal system within 15 days of delivery. The warranty becomes effective upon the purchase of your Opal system but requires registration before any claims can be processed.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers the following issues:

  •     Pedal actuator malfunction
  •     Fatigued gooseneck
  •     Base stabilization bolt failure
  •     Malfunction of the amperage regulator (Series II only)

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:

  •     Improper setup
  •     Misuse or negligence
  •     Incorrect power input, including the use of an extension cord or surge protector
  •     Improper storage, such as excessive bending or fully straightening the gooseneck

4. Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

  •     A video with sound explaining the issue and showing the condition of the Opal system from the wall outlet to the lamp head while alternating between on and off using the pedal.
  •     A detailed explanation of what occurred leading to needing assistance.
  •     The serial number of your Opal system.
  •     Send all required information to: support@lashapothecary.com

Once received, Lash Apothecary will evaluate the claim and determine the best course of action, which may include replacement parts or a full system replacement. However, replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to the condition of the product and the nature of the issue reported. Warranty replacements apply only for the same model and do not qualify for upgrades or refunds.

5. Extended Warranty Options

Lash Apothecary offers extended warranty options for additional coverage:

  •     6-month extension
  •     1-year extension
  •     2-year extension

If the extended warranty is purchased before the original warranty expires, coverage remains continuous, allowing claims to be filed at any time during the extended period.
